Upon your arrival at the King Abdul Aziz International Airport in Jeddah, you will encounter three terminals, each serving distinct purposes. The terminals are designated for foreign airlines, Saudi Airlines, and the Hajj terminal, also known as Madina-tul-hujjaj, operational exclusively during the Hajj season.
For Umrah travelers arriving via any airline other than Saudi Airlines, disembarkation occurs at the Hajj terminal. If your destination is Madinah, a terminal change to the Saudi Airlines terminal is necessary, as all domestic flights depart from this specific terminal.
No terminal changes are required for road travel directly to Makkah or Madinah. Our private transportation options seamlessly cater to your needs, ensuring a smooth journey to your destination.

During the Hajj season, regardless of the airline, pilgrims are transferred to the Hajj terminal. From there, pilgrims can choose to fly or travel by road to Madinah or Makkah. For road travel, the General Vehicles Syndicate, established in 1952, manages the Hajj Transportation System, coordinating with various transport companies to transport external pilgrims from entry ports to sacred places and hotels in Makkah and Madinah.
Please note that buses provided by the syndicate may not always be in optimal condition. Upgrades for buses used for VIP tents in sacred places or transportation between Makkah and Madinah can be arranged by entering into a contract with a specific transport company, under the supervision of the Syndicate, and paying an additional fee per pilgrim.
